You have to download both then put them in the same folder then activate the installer. 

It doesn't spread to anything; it is harmless if it is used in VirtualBox.

Use Agreement

1. Disclaimer:

• By purchasing any product, you agree that you assume responsibility for any damages due to improper use and/or any modifications to the product. 

2. Modifications Agreement:

• by purchasing any product, you agree to not modify, or tamper with software in any way.

Anti-Distribution Agreement

• You agree to use the product solely for personal use and that you will not distribute and/or resell said product.

Software License Agreement

1. Grant of license:

• Upon purchase Strikeforce Studio will grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software. 
• This license is for personal use only and does not convey ownership of the software or any of its intellectual property.

2. License Termination

• Strikeforce Studio reserves the right to immediately terminate this license without prior notice if you breach any terms of this Agreement.
• Upon termination of the license, you must destroy and stop use of the product.
